I lead a five-person team building SunStudio, a Figma-like web ad creation platform. I chose the project structure and stack, introduced DDD and Hexagonal Architecture, set up GitLab CI/CD, and trained more than 15 team members on Vite and GitLab CI.
Cut deployment time from 40 minutes to 3 and gave the team a repeatable release process.
